Reading a Recipe

Section 1
DirectionsRead the recipe, then answer the questions. Some questions have more than one step.
Veggie Pasta Bake  (serves 2)

Ingredients

  • 2 cups pasta (dry)
  • 1 cup pasta sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped vegetables
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Boil the pasta for 8 minutes, then drain the water.
  3. Mix the pasta, sauce, vegetables, and olive oil in a baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle the cheese on top.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes.
  6. Let it cool for 5 minutes before you eat.
